Strength training: squat, bench, deadlift and stalled progress

I have coached strength athletes for seventeen years in Minneapolis, mostly powerlifting and general strength for people who are not athletes at all. I open early because lifters train early and because form questions are urgent on the morning you are about to do the lift. What I am best used for: watching a video of your squat or deadlift and telling you what is actually limiting the weight, fixing a programme that has stopped working, and sorting out low back pain that appears only under the bar. That last one is usually bracing and bar path, not an injury, though I will tell you when it needs a professional. Film from the side, at hip height, with the whole body in frame. That one video answers more than an hour of description. Most people send me a front view from the floor, and I cannot see anything useful in it.

Film from the side at hip height with your whole body in frame. That single video tells me more than an hour of talking, and almost nobody sends it that way the first time.
