This page identifies the publisher of the TalkXp website, its hosting providers, and how to reach it. It is published under article 6 III of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy.
Article 1. Who publishes this site
The TalkXp website and the mobile app of the same name are published by NOVODEV, SASU with share capital of 10 000 euros, whose registered office is at 35 rue de Marseille, 69007 Lyon, France.

Article 2. Where the site is hosted
The service rests on three separate hosting arrangements, and they do not keep the same things.
- The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the United States with its head office in San Francisco (California, United States).
- The application services (the programming interface that handles bookings, calls and payments) are hosted by Railway Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States with its head office in San Francisco (California, United States).
- The database, which holds the accounts, the bookings and the messages, is hosted by Nuxit, a French hosting provider, on servers located in France.
Transfers of personal data outside the European Union, and the safeguards that frame them, are set out in the privacy policy.
Article 3. What TalkXp is, and what it is not
TalkXp is a marketplace : it connects people looking for advice with independent experts who provide it, and it collects the price on those experts’ behalf.
NOVODEV is not the author of the advice given during sessions, does not control it and is not answerable for it. Each expert practises in their own name, under their own professional liability. The service contract is concluded between the client and the expert; {societe} is not a party to it.
This intermediary status is set out in the terms and conditions of sale.
Article 4. Intellectual property
The TalkXp trade mark, the logo, the visual identity, the texts and the code of the site are the property of NOVODEV, except for content published by users.
Photographs, profile descriptions and profile texts remain the property of the experts who publish them. By uploading them, those experts authorise NOVODEV to display them on the site, in the app and in communications relating to the service, for the duration of their registration.
Article 5. Reporting content
Unlawful content, identity theft or unauthorised use of a work can be reported to contact@talkxp.com. Give the exact address of the page and the reason for the report.
A session can also be reported directly from the app or the site, on the screen of the session concerned.
