How it works

Four steps, and you are talking to someone.

  1. Describe your problem

    A few lines are enough. The expert reads them before accepting, so they know whether they can help - and you do not spend a session finding out.

  2. Pick an expert and a time

    Every profile shows its verification level, its reviews and its rates. You choose 15, 30 or 60 minutes.

  3. The expert accepts, you are charged

    Your card is checked as soon as you book, but nothing is taken until the expert confirms. If they decline or do not answer within 2 hours, the authorisation is released and no charge is made.

  4. The session happens on video

    The call starts from your browser or from the app, 5 minutes before the time. You can annotate the picture and use a whiteboard. Nothing is recorded.
