Create your profile
Your trade, your experience, your languages. Describe what you can solve: this is the text clients read before picking you.
Set your rates
Three durations: 15, 30 and 60 minutes. You decide your prices - they simply have to rise with the duration.
Declare your availability
Your time slots per day of the week, as many as you want. You can also link your Google calendar: your accepted sessions land in a “TalkXp” calendar created in your account.
Receive and accept
You see the client’s problem before accepting. You have 2 hours to answer. You are never obliged to accept.
You are protected
- Screenshots flagged on mobile
- In the mobile app, a screenshot or a recording during the session raises an immediate alert on your side. A browser cannot detect them - that is why the phone is the default, and only you decide whether to allow the browser.
- Named watermark
- The client's name is shown across the video at all times. Any image taken from the session therefore carries their mark: the watermark deters and identifies, it prevents no capture - a second device pointed at the screen gets around it.
- No direct contact
- Neither your number nor your email is passed on. Messages trying to exchange them are filtered.
- Shared whiteboard
- Write and draw during the call, over the video or on blank pages. A sketch is worth ten minutes of explanation.
What you take home
Example for a 30 € hourly rate. You set your prices freely. The last column is what you receive when the client comes from your personal link.

The client’s money is set aside when they book, taken when you accept, and transferred to your account seven days after the session.
Bring in your own clients, pay less
Already have a client base, an audience, a practice? Every expert gets an address in their own name and a personal link to share. When a client books through that link, TalkXp fees drop from 20% to 15%.
- An address in your nametalkxp.com/@yourname opens your profile directly. Short, easy to read out over the phone, printable on a business card.
- A personal link and its QR codeTo share in a bio, by message, on a flyer or in a shop window. That link is what triggers the reduced rate, and it stays with you for thirty days after the visit.
- You see what it brings inClicks, sign-ups, bookings and revenue generated, broken down by network: you know which one actually brings you clients.
The reduced rate applies only to sessions booked with you, within thirty days of the visit through your link. Simply sharing your public profile is not enough: it is the personal link, available in your expert area, that records where the visit came from.
What we expect from you
- A photo of youRequired: a profile without a face appears in no search. People bring a problem to someone they have seen.
- A confirmed phone numberBy SMS, in a minute. The confirmation is shown as such on your profile and is also used for important alerts.
- A payout accountStripe verifies your identity when it is opened. This step gates payout of your earnings, not publication of your profile or your appointments.
- Declared availabilityWithout time slots, your profile shows up in searches with almost no hour to book: visitors come and leave.
What you should know before starting
- 20% commission, or 15%
- On a 30 € session, you receive 24 €. If the client came through your personal link, the commission drops to 15% and you receive 25.50 €. It is taken automatically, you have nothing to pay back.
- Transfer 7 days after the session
- That delay gives the client time for a possible complaint. Your earnings are held meanwhile, never lost.
- You remain responsible for your own tax filing
- TalkXp sends you a yearly summary of your income, but does not file on your behalf. Beyond a certain volume, a business status becomes necessary - we warn you well before the threshold.
Manage your profile, calendar, earnings and requests on the web or in the TalkXp app. Calls take place in the app; browser reception must be allowed by the expert.
